Mr. Sanjay Bhatia, B.Com (H) LL.B,  has about 40 years experience in metal packaging industry,  currently he is Managing Director of Hindustan Tin Works Ltd., (leading manufacturers of tin containers for food,  and non-food products) and Chairman of Petainer Innopac Packaging Pvt. Ltd. (Joint venture company with Petainer, UK) 

Throughout his career Mr. Bhatia has been associated with leading Chambers of Commerce and has represented the industry on various committees set up by Central & State Governments from time to time, including Kelkar task force on simplification of Indirect Taxes in India.

Mr. R. Narayan is the Founder and CEO of Power2SME. A cost accountant by education, Narayan is a serial entrepreneur and is currently dedicated to creating a robust ecosystem that helps SMEs address major challenges in finance and raw material management. With over 24 years of general management, sales & marketing experience, Narayan has worked closely with over 2 lakh SMEs, across India, bringing a deep understanding of SMEs and their needs in an evolving economy.

Narayan is also associated with FICCI as the Vice President of FICCI- CMSME (Confederation of MSMEs) and is committed to empower Indian MSMEs and build their competitiveness.

Mr. Girish Luthra - Vice President, CMSME & Chairman, Gujarat Enviro Protection & Infrastructure Ltd

Girish Luthra is a leading entrepreneur in the field of environment, infrastructure & textiles. A textile engineer & management graduate by education. His keen understanding and interest in the fields of environment protection, waste management and industrial infrastructure has, allowed him to achieve success in a variety of businesses which include Textiles, Waste Management, Environment, Industrial Infrastructure and Hospitality.

Some of his recognitions include being a patent holder for a machine design in textiles, being the recipient of the NRDC Award by the Government of India in the year 2000 and the Young Scientist of the Year Award by the Government of Gujarat in 2003. He was an integral part of the Committee set up by Ministry of Textiles, Government of India to give recommendations in the 12th Five Year Plan for Textile and Apparel and textile policy’14. He has been the head of the Environment Committee of the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry for over a decade and is the Ex-Chairman of CII, Southern Gujarat Zone.

Over the years he has been a part of several National & International Delegations, as an expert on cleaner production & hazardous waste management. He is a registered faculty on the same subjects with UNIDO & UNEP. Moreover he has closely been involved in the projects with USAID, UNEP & CIDA for improving “Work Practice in Textiles in INDIA”. 

Mr. Dilip Chenoy - Secretary General, FICCI

“Mr. Dilip Chenoy is currently Secretary General, FICCI.

His last full-time assignment was when he served as Managing Director & CEO of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). NSDC is a public-private partnership whose objective is to foster private sector investment and initiatives in training and skill development. While at NSDC he served as co-chair of the Australia-India Joint working group on Skill Development.

Currently, Mr Chenoy is a member of the Board of Governors, IILM, New Delhi (a leading business school); of the Board of studies, All India Management Association (AIMA), He also advises start-ups including organisations in the digital, education, skills and livelihood space. He also served as the Chairman of Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology (SLIET) a fully government funded integrated skill development and degree-awarding institution.

He was awarded the Indian Achievers Award in 2018; The Game Changer Award in 2015 and the Rashtriya Media Ratan Award in 2013.

Prior to NSDC, Mr Chenoy was Director General of the advocacy group for the automobile industry in India, Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM). He also served as the Deputy Director General of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He was a member of the Harvard Business School project that worked on the competitiveness of Indian industry with Professor Michael Porter.

He is a fellow of the World Academy of Productivity Science (WAPS).”
